  Scale of factory:
      Different suppliers give different answers to this very common question.Veterans usually answer: how many of us, how many employees, factory area of how much, etc., but some people will only answer you how big of plant area, and this kind of answer mostly from zhongshan factory is in the majority.Be careful here, at present a lot of zhongshan plant size is very small, usually conditions are only about a dozen people, in the case of orders increased suddenly, will hire temporary workers to come in, then it will be difficult to control the production quality.

  Production line：
       The general company has its own product line.When a supplier said lights are what we can do for you, have said they won't do anything good, basic material of this kind of company will be a male die products, and we know that the male die generally represent the price cheap, quality is very bad.The resources of any company are limited, and today, focusing on their product line is the way to survive.

  Sales regions/Customers category：
      Company's sales regions/customers category can show its product positioning, one factory which frequently exported to Africa and the Middle East region suddenly said their products are very high-end , I think sometimes it will be doubt .

  Testing equipment：

         Supplier based on this kind of general scale is not too big, some suppliers have their own mature, reliable material supply system, the quality is relatively better, product delivery cycle is in commonly 10-20 days (below 50k quantity)
      2. With its own product line, most of the shipment is its own personal mode products.
       Some private mould product price are high, but relatively assured quality, and they have a certain amount of inventory bulk materials, if the customer is a small amount of orders (within a 5k or 10k, the quantity of different size of the factory is not the same) and not to make too many changes, that is likely to be within 10 days of delivery cycle, fast even 3 to 5 days can delivery.If the order is large enough to exceed the standing stock, it can be shipped in 10-15 days.
     3.Pure model products
     Such suppliers are characterized by fast delivery, cheap prices and generally not accepting special customization.Their practice is generally to buy ready-made materials directly in the market after receipt of the order and assemble the shipment directly.Therefore, when the order quantity is small, the delivery date can be completed within 5 days, but the quality is not guaranteed.

  Payment terms:
      Regular supplier accept payment for TT, but there are some big suppliers also can provide loan.But this is based on big purchasing volume according to one big company.

  Quality of service:
       This is very important, we know that the two sides in the process of cooperation will encounter all sorts of problems, timely communication is necessary, in the process of looking for suppliers, we often face many problems which are not good.
       1. After check simple demand parameters, no matter what question you ask from him, he said no problem, can handle it, don't worry, this kind of suppliers I believe that supplier you will meet.Then you should be very careful when facing them,as they will be green hand or without responsibility or even a liar .Instead, a few people who seem to be asking for more details before placing an order are more reliable.
       2. There are also some people who have little patience.
