      As the world's largest LED production base, China is undoubtedly the most overseas LED buyers preferred region, and some even have suppliers in China for many years, but to really understand the situation of the LED supplier and purchaser are very few, but it will be great help to choose efficient suppliers by knowing the industrial distribution .
     There are two kind of LED suppliers in China:
  1.Traders
        China's traders mainly focus on two major regions, one in the pearl river delta region centered in guangzhou and shenzhen, and one in the Yangtze river delta region mainly in hangzhou, ningbo and Shanghai.The common advantage of traders is that they have a very large number of suppliers' resources, which can be selected in a variety of categories, which can be targeted to recommend products to overseas customers and provide various types of services.Some of the larger traders even have their own product lines, which can provide a complete set of product solutions for some customers, such as the overall solution for the installation of the dragon fruit plant lamp.In general, traders cooperation method is flexible, not confined to earn price difference, and valet inspection, factory-examining, processing after other cooperation way, in a certain extent, Third-party validation company also can be said to be the trader, it's just what they sell is service.
      Trading company also have many defects, of course, first of all, most of the trading company does not have their own professional engineering and technical personnel, at the time of many technical problems, the first reaction is to consult factory, normally the general case can be solved, but sometimes when it comes to some of the factory itself vital benefit or factory itself engineering lack of strength.Then what do you think of this kind of trading companies to discover the truth?

    Me:   Why this tube will happen light unevenly together with reddish, greenish?
    R&D: Well, this is the induction tube, which current is low when the power is low, but that won’t happen in case that light is full power when lighting.
    Me:Really? Let me check.....now is full power ,why still like this ?
    R&D:

    Me:    Which brand of SMD you are using?
    R&D: We use MLS brand.
    Me:    You make sure its real MLS ?
    R&D:  Yes,we buy it from the agent ,as you know ,their price is reasonable and quality is good.
    Me:     I am sure this is not real MLS brand.
    R&D:  Why,it wont be wrong ,we bought from the agent.      
    Me:    I am sure that you bought the fake one .why this tube will happen this light unevenly together with reddish, greenish? This is no business with power supply,its the problem with the LED SMD.The LED SMD should be separated after being encapsulated, and the standard light spectral ( BIN )will be divided according to the brightness, voltage and color field of the led.It sure that there is no Spectral processing,that’s why will happened like this .For MLS brand is Cost-Effective type ,it wont happen this kind problem.so the result is this led is 100% fake one.
    R&D: 

         You can see from above,if you don’t know led professional knowledge ,maybe you will trust and believe what R&D said?But actually this are some simple questions.If trading company itself is without professional technology ,Even more insidious issues are often encountered.But with the maturity of the LED power solutions and the simplification of the corresponding structure, many trading companies' short boards are less prominent.Of course, it is still necessary to choose a good trading company.Generally speaking, the main problem of trading companies is the communication with the factory and the control, but they are all in domestic, so the situation relatively won’t be too serious.
     2. LED Manufacturer
  Chinese LED finished assembly plants are mainly distributed in the four regions and have each characteristic.

  A．Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Dongguan and surrounding area .
        In this area LED factories are normally not so big,based on 30-200 people(but also have some big one with 1000 people ).Most of these factories have their own product lines, production and management in foreign capital management concept, so more professional employees, higher product quality, service quality is very good.And they combined local electronics industry advantage, can provide a lot of functionality customized special products and services.But relatively overall prices are also higher.
  B．Zhongshan,Foshan,Jiangmen and surrounding area.
        Some factories in this area are good, but there are many factories within 100 people.Generally speaking, their biggest advantage is that the industrial chain is complete and the price is cheap.However, the product quality is low (many worst goods in the market also mainly from zhongshan), the service concept is very backward, and the production process is poor.

        This is a picture of  factory in zhongshan. Please note that this is definitely not a case. It is quite common, and there are also many factories that are really good, but relatively few.
   C．Ningbo and surrounding area.
       All of zhejiang's factories and shenzhen pay more attention to quality not like zhongshan pays attention to price, they pay more attention to the efficiency of production and the operation of capital.Typical situation of zhejiang factory automation degree is higher, regardless of the machining process, their human must have the highest machining efficiency, even sacrifice some quality also doesn't matter, but as a result of its own technical capacity limit and purchasing preference, so the result is that the price is lower, the quality is between shenzhen and zhongshan, not too good, but also to have certain guarantee, is more typical in quantity demand.

  D. Xiamen and surrounding area.

      On the other side of the big OEM factory in xiamen which is relatively early doing LED as one of the regions of China, based on a high degree of automation and the overall quality is higher than zhejiang area and just like in shenzhen area, but price is between both of them.

      Based on above ,we have a general understanding for LED factory distribution in china, but as Chinese enterprise migration, the mainland has some LED industry gradually developed, such as jiangxi, hunan and other places,this manufacturers are large scale and with long term industrial chain,but it still need to be advised compared with above four main area .
