Dismantling contrast of Flexible LED wall lamp


           Received several flexible LED wall lamp from suppliers these days (3w, 3000k, the input voltage: 85-265 v AC), let us identify the quality about them,.When I get the sample, to be honest, almost out body looks same, the inside of the materials and do manual work is really very big difference.
         If only check the first photo,there is no difference.its almost same except the base size.But when you look the second photo,I hope you can see the difference and the difference is entirely determined by ideas.
 We can clearly see the difference.

The  second driver was protected by the power pack
,The connection with the LED SMD is protected by special connection head, while the first power supply is directly wrapped in a heat-shrinkable casing, and the wiring of the LED SMD is directly welded to the PCB board.
          In terms of wiring, the two are not obviously good or bad, but the leakage protection for power supply is different.In terms of design, it is not a problem to use thermoplastic casing to wrap the power supply, but in the actual production operation, the difference between the heat shrink sleeve and the power pack will be showed up.In the vast majority of factory production, heat shrinkable casing is cut by hand, this itself is difficult to ensure the length of each casing is consistent, if the length of the heat shrinkable casing is not enough or manual casing does not reach the designated position, the high voltage power input line along the edge of the PCB in there will be a risk of baring, but the power supply box won’t be the problem, so the safety of power supply box is much higher.
       ② The second one has the earth wire interface, the power switch and the input line welding part have thermally shrink sleeve protection, while the first welding point is exposed directly, and has no ground interface.
         For shell of the light is made of all the hardware,
connected ground is very critical, no matter how good the design and process control, there are also electrical hazards, so the earth wire is a must. And state of the switch of the second paragraph is completely exposed, the leakage risk is too big.
      ③ LED SMD one has conductive adhesive, but no for another.

 
          According to strict design, the lamp holder should be fixed by the screw. But the two kinds of lamp holder design is simplified, Extruded the LED SMD by the lamp holder of the rotating parts extrusion lens acooling . and smeared the heat conduction glue, so that can be better for ,,then make board fixed on the lamp base, this design while reducing the costs of doing business, but the heat conduction effect is not very good, if there is lack of thermal conductive silicone cases in the middle , the effect is even worse, so the first force is better than that both.
      ④ The lamp board and LED, disassemble of power and the LED SMD,
this two materials are the same, both are constant current power supply,also the voltage and current are consistent after testing, which is the same.
      ⑤ Base and switch material are different.
        It can be seen clearly that the left side of the switch is coarse and has a black magazine, which is likely to be a very cheap recycled material.On the right side, the switch material is obviously more delicate, the texture is better, and it may be the engineering plastics grade of fire protection (due to the customer sample, it is not possible to do the combustion test, which can only be guessed).
